Meet Barb Pexa
Barb Pexa specializes in Eastside residential resale and represents both buyers and sellers throughout the region.
Barb's path into real estate grew out of a season of reinvention, and that experience still shapes the grounded, people-first way she works today. With more than a decade of experience, she understands Eastside neighborhoods, local home values, buyer demand, and effective property marketing, and she has bought and sold several properties of her own along the way. Her passion for mid-century modern design brings a distinctive eye to her work, from how she stages a listing to how she helps clients see the potential in a space.
Rooted in Issaquah, Barb stays closely involved in the community she serves, including her work on the Economic Vitality Commission. She works closely with lenders, agents, escrow officers, and home inspectors to provide a smooth, full-service experience from start to finish, and more than 80 percent of her new business comes from client referrals. Seattle magazine has also recognized Barb as a Five Star Professional for quality client service.

Meet Adrian Sparling
Adrian Sparling is a Real Estate Broker with experience in both residential and commercial real estate, and he brings a clear, numbers-informed perspective to every transaction.
He helps clients see their properties as financial decisions, not just transactions, and works to align each purchase or sale with their wider goals. Adrian supports first-time buyers, homeowners, and investors through market analysis, direct communication, and strong negotiation, always keeping the bigger picture in view.
Adrian has more than seven years of real estate experience and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Finance at Seattle University. That background in finance, paired with his knowledge of the Puget Sound real estate market, helps clients understand value, risk, and long-term opportunity with greater clarity, so they can move forward with a plan built for the long run.
