The spring market is showing its strength! In King County, the median sales price crossed the million-dollar mark at $1,040,000, with homes averaging just 16 days on market—a fast pace reflecting strong buyer demand. Inventory is still tight at 1.8 months, but with over 2,900 new listings, there’s movement and opportunity for both buyers and sellers.

Snohomish County saw a median price of $790,000, with homes moving quickly at an average of 19 days on market. It’s still competitive, but with nearly 1,000 new listings, there’s fresh inventory to explore. Meanwhile in Pierce County, homes are sitting a little longer—35 days on average—but value remains strong with a median price of $565,000 and steady activity across 797 closed sales.
